On the One it only will install disc 1 and no add-ons. On the 360 that poses no issues and installs completely and easily. The problem is this: The GOTY version is a two disc version with the DLC on a second disc. After doing research I learned that the 360 can play with the One if both consoles are using the 360 version of the game and this part does work for me after buying two identical copies of Borderlands 2 GOTY. We decided we would prefer to play on two separate screens as I have two TVs set up, but one Xbox one and one Xbox 360.
